Philippe has 25 years’ experience in finance, corporate strategy and organizational leadership. He has a strong background in LBOs, financial structuring, and team management in international environments.
Before joining VERDOT, Philippe held positions in project management consulting and financial management, then as CFO and Deputy CEO in various sectors: distribution, aerospace/defense, automotive, and media.
He holds an executive MBA from Dauphine & MBA ESG UQAM and a MSc degree in audit.
