FlexiPro Chrom enables multi-scale GMP manufacturing of plasmids and viral vectors

This application note showcases the multi-scale GMP manufacturing capability of the FlexiPro Chrom system.  This collaboration with Cellectis used the same FlexiPro Chrom system to purify both plasmids and lentiviral vectors, conserving valuable cleanroom space.

For second step of plasmid purification, a high-salt concentration is required.
